We were delighted with your help. Your recommendations were all perfect for this event. Our lack of knowledge of venues and vendors in the Gulf Shores area was a major hindrance as we began to plan the bridal luncheon. Not only did you know the area's options very well, but you knew the right questions to ask to help us further delineate our desires for the luncheon.

We also greatly appreciated your help with the set up, handling details during the luncheon and wrapping up the event. We were able to focus our time and effort visiting with the guests.

A few years ago I attended a Rehearsal Dinner that had been planned by Mrs. Walters. I loved the way it was set up and organized. Most of all I loved the music and the program that had been planned by Mrs. Walters. There was a piano player and singer who sang a medley of meaningful songs related to the honorees' friends and then toasts were given by their friends; then a medley of songs was played about family, and members of the family gave toasts, then another medley.

I was so entertained, and I know it was meaningful to the bride and groom. It was such a special night, and I always think of this event whenever I attend someone's rehearsal dinner.

Dianne, we knew from the moment we met you that you were the person we needed to help us pull off this wedding.  You helped us gather our thoughts of what we wanted and helped us refine those ideas into an event that we could afford.  Your suggestions for vendors was spot on and your listing of details to think about and timelines were just what we needed.

I think some people miss out on a big part of the enjoyment of the whole experience because they stress during the planning process and all the decisions that are being made.  We were continually talking through our whole planning process how much fun we were having and how sad it is when people just stress out during that part.  I can’t tell you how many times we would say to each other, “thank goodness we have Dianne”  or “how would we ever do this without Dianne” , or “so glad we’ll have Dianne there for us at the rehearsal and wedding day…that way we won’t have to worry about anything”.  My guess is your ears would have been burning so much during that time.

Seriously, you took care of us from the 1st meeting all the way to the end of the reception and having the gifts and cake sent to our room!  How do people do this sort of thing without you?  I know at the rehearsal and on the wedding day you were behind the scenes taking care of details so that they rest of us could just relax and enjoy the time together.  Thank you!

Dianne made my dream into a reality. We met twice leading up to the wedding to go over all of the details so that I could figure out exactly what I wanted every step of the way. This was extremely helpful, because it any unexpected surprises on the wedding day.

At the rehearsal she helped clarify exactly what my wedding party was supposed to do. On the morning of my wedding day she came to the church to check and make sure everything was running according to schedule. Then she met the vendors at The Club to make sure that the reception site was everything I'd wanted it to be. Dianne worked with my florist to dress up our cakes and favor displays. She made sure that the bridal suite had our food and champagne waiting on us. She made sure that the band knew exactly what to do, and worked with the photographer to make sure that everything ran on time.

Once the reception began, Dianne kept us running on our schedule so that we got everything done that I'd requested. The first dance, cake cutting, toasts, and group pictures all happened exactly as I'd wanted them to. She made sure that Justin and I always had drinks in our hands, and got to mingle as we'd wanted. When it was time to go, Dianne made sure that our sendoff was everything I'd asked for.

Thanks to Dianne, my wedding and reception were perfect. My husband and I had so much fun, and our guests and wedding party are still raving about what a great time they had. Thank you Dianne, you are the BEST!!!

Our wedding could not have been more perfect! Everything went smoothly thanks to Dianne. I originally contacted Dianne out of the blue with no referral. She made a good first impression with me because she cared about my vision for our wedding and asked many questions. With every vendor she recommended, she had cost and service in mind and they followed thru very well. What really impressed me about Dianne is that she is very prompt. I never waited long for her to return phone calls or emails. I always thought I was very important even though I knew I was not her only client. I am in sales, so I value and respect those characteristics. A couple of weeks before the wedding, Dianne met with us to review the itinerary for the event. Because of her experience, she knew all the small details and decisions to be covered which made the rehearsal and wedding go off without a hitch. After that meeting, we were very confident that everything was in place. The day before the wedding, I had arranged to pick up my dress in Helena, but I started running out of time. Freaking out, I called Dianne at the last minute and she rearranged her schedule to go to Helena to get the dress and bring to the hotel. That alone was worth her fee and it kept my sanity! Since she knew of every detail and our wishes for the event, I felt overjoyed, carefree and we were able to focus on each other and our guests. We could not have been happier with Dianne's services and we highly recommend her for any wedding or event.
